You can sell a variety of products, including digital items like newsletters, ebooks, online courses, audiobooks, memberships, podcasts and more. Ensure all content complies with our usage policies.

What are the platform fees?

We charge a flat 10% fee per sale, plus standard Stripe processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). There are no upfront costs or subscription fees.

Can I schedule product launches?

Yes, you can schedule the launch of your products to go live at a specific date and time. This is ideal for building anticipation and aligning product releases with your marketing campaigns.

Can I track the performance of my sales?

Yes, our platform provides a dashboard where you can track your weekly performance. This includes data on the number of products sold and the total revenue generated, giving you valuable insights into your store's activity.

Can I customize my sales page?

Yes, you can personalize your page with your logo, background, and descriptive text. Additionally, you can choose a unique URL to align with your brand.

How do I receive my payouts?

To receive payouts, access our Hosted Dashboard and link your bank account or credit card. Once set up, payments from your sales will be securely processed through Stripe and transferred to your selected method. Payouts are scheduled every Sunday, with transfers taking 2–7 business days. A minimum balance of $50 USD is required to initiate a payout.

Can I protect my digital products?

Yes, you can add custom watermarks to certain products, such as ebooks, to prevent unauthorized distribution.

Can customers preview a product before purchasing?

Yes, each product page includes detailed information provided by the creator, along with a gallery of images showcasing the product and its features. Be sure to review these resources to understand the product before purchasing.

Does the platform help me promote my products?

Yes, we provide integrated tools to effectively promote your published products, ensuring equal visibility for all creators on the store's main page. Additionally, all product information and creator profiles are SEO-friendly to boost discoverability and help you reach a broader audience.

How can I purchase a digital product?

Click "Add to Cart" for the desired product. Review your cart, confirm your selection, and proceed to checkout. Complete the payment using your credit or debit card through Stripe, and you will gain immediate access to the product on the platform.

What payment methods can I use?

Where can I access my purchased product?

After your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to view and download your product. The link remains active for 7 days. Once it expires, you’ll need to create an account on Alurn to regain access.

If you’re unable to download your product, check if the link has expired (it remains active for 7 days). Some products may only be accessible online. For assistance, contact us at support@alurn.com

How do memberships work?

Memberships on Alurn provide immediate access to the content published by the creator. These include all the products the creator has designated as part of their membership. Memberships are billed monthly and can be renewed for continued access.

Yes, all payments are processed through Stripe, one of the most secure payment processors globally. Your financial data is encrypted and protected.

Can I access my products on multiple devices?

Yes, you can access your products from any device via a web browser. Additionally, downloadable files can be used on any compatible device.

Can I gift products to someone else?

At the moment, we do not offer a direct gifting option.
